Resincoat Epoxy Crack Repair Filler is ideal for cracks up to 12mm deep. Repairing small concrete cracks can be hugely cost effective in the long run, as cracks can expand over time, weakening the surrounding concrete and potentially becoming hazardous.

This product is suitable for repairing cracks in a wide range of concrete surfaces, including floors, steps, paving, and patios. The formula cures harder than the surrounding concrete, providing a cost-effective waterproof solution designed to stand the test of time.

Ideal for DIY customers, the crack filler can be easily poured to ensure a quick and simple repair, helping you achieve a professional finish with a curing time of under 24 hours.

APPLICATION GUIDE

Preparation

Before using Resincoat Epoxy Crack Repair Filler, thoroughly vacuum the area to remove any loose material or debris that could cause the epoxy formula to cure unevenly. If the crack is large enough, use a wire brush to clean out the area. Once the surface is clean, dry, and free of debris, the crack repair filler can be applied.

Application

We recommend applying this product only when the ambient temperature is at least 7°C.

1. Pour 100% of Part B into the Resincoat Epoxy Crack Repair Filler Part A tin. Thoroughly mix using a drill and paddle for a minimum of 90 seconds until a uniform colour and texture are achieved.
2. Slowly and evenly pour the formula into the crack until fully filled.
3. Allow 12–24 hours for the epoxy to fully cure.

PLEASE NOTE: The pot life of this product is approximately 20 minutes. Once Parts A and B have been mixed, the product will begin to chemically cure after this time. Ensure the product is removed from the tin within this window. Once applied, the product will remain workable on the floor for approximately 30–40 minutes.

Pot life = Time to harden in pot following addition of hardener.

Working time = Time available to apply product before it becomes unworkable.

USEFUL INFORMATION

• This product should NOT be split. Taking smaller quantities from each tin, even if measured correctly, may cause activation issues.
