Resincoat Polyurea Joint Sealer

Resincoat Polyurea Joint Sealant is a self-levelling, very hard wearing rapid curing polyurea joint sealant material. Initial cure can be as quick as 5 minutes, enabling light traffic within around 30 minutes. This allows time critical jobs to be completed and job sites reopened quickly in most conditions. The smooth grey sealant is easy to use, ensuring a professional finish that will last for many years. It remains highly flexible, retaining full properties and memory while accommodating normal joint and slab movement.

Resincoat Polyurea Joint Sealant is regularly used on factory and warehouse floors including loading bays, cold storage rooms and production zones. It has good chemical resistance and can be painted over, allowing it to blend seamlessly into any environment. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it maintains its physical properties in demanding conditions.

Per 400ml dual cartridge:

Approx. 3,800mm linear length for a 5mm x 20mm joint.

Coverage can vary depending on surface porosity, type, and existing condition.

Preparation –
Clean the joint of debris and contaminants such as oils, loose materials, dirt and rubber to ensure good adhesion. Expose clean, rough concrete for best results. Ensure the area is dry before application.

Application –

1. Shake cartridge thoroughly before use for at least 1 minute.

2. Remove air from system: prime cartridge by removing retaining nut and slowly dispensing product through the mixing nozzle.

3. Discard a small amount of product initially, as the ratio may be inconsistent when first passing through the static mixer.

4. Once a uniform mixture is achieved, begin application.

5. Fill joints evenly with the sealer.

6. Allow to cure (typically 5–10 minutes).

Do not apply to wet or damp substrates. Excess moisture may cause bubbling or uneven curing.
