DESCRIPTION
High Quality Expansion Joint Sealant
Resincoat Joint Sealer is a two part epoxy hybrid joint sealant designed to provide excellent adhesion, durability and a high degree of flexibility. This hard wearing expansion joint filler accommodates movement while maintaining a seamless finish. The smooth finish blends with surrounding concrete, offering a professional result. The pourable compound is easy to use and ideal for horizontal floor joints that need fast, efficient filling. It has high elongation and strong penetration characteristics for long term joint performance.
The joint sealer is a high modular, flexible jointing compound suitable for industrial environments where significant joint movement occurs and a long lasting seal is required. It is widely used in heavy duty food safe epoxy systems across food factories, breweries, warehouses and internal car parks. Typical substrates include concrete, asphalt, epoxy, polyurethane and polymer modified floors.

APPLICATION GUIDE
Preparation
Before use, ensure the area is vacuumed to remove loose material and debris that could affect curing. If necessary, use a wire brush to clean out larger cracks or joints.
Application
1. Pour 100% of Part B into Part A and mix thoroughly using a drill and paddle for at least 90 seconds until a uniform colour and consistency is achieved.
2. If using the Silicone Sausage Combi Applicator, transfer the mixed product into the applicator immediately after mixing.
3. Apply the product into the joint, filling evenly and slightly overfilling before levelling with a scraper.
4. Allow 12–24 hours for full cure.
5. Clean the Combi Applicator using white spirit, methylated spirit or isopropyl alcohol.
PLEASE NOTE
Pot life: 20 minutes. Once mixed, the product will begin to chemically cure. Ensure it is removed from the pot and applied within this timeframe (approximately 30 minutes working time).
Pot life = time before product begins to harden in the container after mixing
Working time = time available to apply product before it becomes unworkable
USEFUL INFORMATION
This product should NOT be split. Taking smaller quantities from each tin, even if measured accurately, may affect curing performance.
Please note: The Silicone Sausage Combi Applicator can be cleaned with solvents such as white spirit, methylated spirit or isopropyl alcohol.
