Preparation:
Do not apply this product in damp conditions or if temperature is below 10°C.
Non Painted Wood - Sand the surface thoroughly and seal any knots or inconsistencies prior to application. Vacuum away any sanding dust and wipe the surface with a suitable cleaner such as white spirit and allow to fully dry.
Bare Concrete, Brick or Stone - Use a wire brush to remove any dirt from the surface of your wall. Most concrete or other monolithic surfaces require no primer before application of Resincoat Garage Wall Paint. For other surfaces check with our technical team before use.
Previously Painted Surfaces - Remove all loose or flaking paint using a wire brush then thoroughly sand the surface. Vacuum away any sanding dust and then clean any grease, oil or dirt with white spirit or similar cleaning product. Allow to dry before application of paint.
Application:
Before application of this product we advise testing a small area first may help you gauge the correct level of coverage for your application specifically.
It is important to note when applying this product to always apply a thin layer.
1. Stir the paint thoroughly before use
2. Apply by brush or roller (when using more than one tin, Resincoat recommend you intermix into a larger scuttle or bucket before use to ensure an even colour)
3. Apply a minimum of 2 coats (allowing 4 - 6 hours between coats)
