Resincoat Fast Cure Epoxy Crack Repair Filler

This product can be applied year round due to its fast curing properties, making it an ideal solution for Winter repairs. DIY friendly the product is exceptionally easy to use allowing for quick repairs with a professional finish. This crack repair formula is incredibly durable offering permanent repairs to hairline cracks and small voids in concrete. Suitable for cracks up to 2cm deep.

Our fast cure resin is proudly manufactured by us in the UK boasting a high strength finish that will last for many years.

Can be used down to around 0°C with extended cure time.

Full chemical cure at 5 days and compressive strength of 65+N/mm2 (Natural) and 60N/mm2 for coloured options.

Preparation:

Before use of this product we advise the area should be fully cleaned to remove any dust or dirt. If possible vacuum the area to ensure there is no existing debris which could cause the formula to set unevenly. If the crack is large enough a wire brush should be used to clean out the crack.

Application:

1. Ensure your crack is free of any contaminations (dust & dirt)
2. Thoroughly mix parts A & B of your epoxy crack repair using a drill and paddle for a minimum of 90 seconds
3. Pour immediately on to your crack
4. Allow to fully cure
5. Clean all tools thoroughly after use
