Resincoat Deep Fill Epoxy Repair Mortar

Resincoat deep fill mortar is a three part solvent free epoxy formula that is incredibly hard wearing,  ideal for filling deep holes in concrete, asphalt and other deep environments. This item is easy to mix and trowel down. The mortar cures to a higher strength than concrete making it ideal for use in high traffic areas such as factories and warehouses where wheeled traffic is frequent.

The mortar is available in a range of colours allowing you to blend it seamlessly with your existing environment. This mortar allows for feather edge repairs with a smooth finish as well as repairs of large potholes up to 50cm deep.  Perfect for both DIY & industrial users the deep fill offers excellent chemical resistance and anti-slip properties making it a great choice for industrial settings where non slip, safe surfaces are paramount.

Coverage Rates:

10kg – approx. 1.2m2 at 5mm thickness
25kg – approx. 3m2 at 5mm thickness

Application Guide:

Preparation –
Before applying this product we advise surfaces be clean, dry and free from any dust or contaminations. If a primer is required we advise Resincoat tack primer, this will help create a key between existing concrete and repair material.

Application -
1. Prime with Resincoat tack coat if required

2. Mix together parts A & B with a slow speed 1200w+ electric paddle mixer thoroughly for a minimum of 90 seconds

3. Decant into a larger mixing vessel (30L for 25kg mix size). Add filler (Part C) and mix again for a further 3 minutes until fully blended

4. Apply mortar with a steel float or trowel, compacting whilst applying. Be sure to fully fill the hole to prevent weakening of the top surface

5. Smooth the top to achieve a dense tough, long lasting finish
