Resincoat Heavy Duty Anti-Slip Ramp Paint System

Resincoat anti slip ramp paint is generally applied onto ramps and walkways in areas vulnerable to slips and trips. This paint is commonly used to provide an anti-slip finish on commercial, domestic and industrial walkways and ramps, inside or outside. Our product can help you create a safe workplace environment and is a great way for you to conform to health & safety regulations. Unlike many other non-slip floor paints, our formula works well even when applied onto vertical risers or edge surfaces with limited dripping. The highly durable design can withstand heavy wheeled traffic making it ideal for use in high traffic areas in factories or walkways.

Our anti slip formula boasts high quality epoxy resin free of solvents and diluents. The coating is available in a wide range of striking colours allowing you to select one that will blend seamlessly into your environment. Customers have a choice of fine, medium & coarse anti slip profiles with each offering good anti slip properties.

Coverage Rates:

1kg - approx. 4m²
2.5kg - approx. 8-10m²
5kg - approx. 20m²
10kg - approx. 40m²

Application Guide:

Preparation –
Before applying this product all surfaces must be abraded by sanding method, once complete ensure your surface is clean and free from any dust or contaminations before applying the coating.

Application -
1.    Pour 100% content of your part B in to your part A
2.    Mix components together with a drill & paddle for 1 minute
3.    Apply first coat with a good quality epoxy roller and brush
4.    Scatter the non slip additive by hand into the wet coat
5.    Leave coating to dry for 12 - 24 hours (max 48 hours)
6.    Seal the additive with the second coat

 
*Please note coverage on the top coat may be slightly less than what you are able to cover with your base coat due to the anti-slip additive
