UberSeal High Impact Plaster Finish
UberSeal High Impact Plaster Finish is engineered for exceptional durability, delivering a premium, long-lasting finish over UberSeal's Renovation Plaster and a variety of other substrates, including existing gypsum plaster, plasterboard, lime-based backgrounds, and sand cement backgrounds.
High Impact Plaster Finish is designed for use within a comprehensive replastering system following the installation of a damp-proof course. Its breathability makes it an ideal solution for flood remediation projects, as well as for domestic and commercial environments such as hospitals, schools, and children's nurseries that are susceptible to accidental damage.

COVERAGE RATES
A 25kg unit will provide a coverage of up to 10m2 at a depth of at least 2mm dependent on substrate.
Please note: do not apply at a thickness less than 2 mm or the high impact properties will not be achieved.
APPLICATION GUIDE
Preparation
As this product is to be applied to a wall that has already been plastered, please ensure that the underlying finish has been keyed appropriately so that adequate adhesion will be achieved before moving onto priming.
Priming
Mix UberSeal SBR Additive with clean water at a 1:1 ratio (by volume). Apply the mixture onto the surface using a roller or brush. Wait for 30 minutes until the primer feels tacky to the touch.
Application
- Place the recommended amount of clean water, between 8 - 9 litres, into a mixing bucket.
- Using a Mortar Drill and Paddle, gradually start to add the powder whilst mixing at a low speed to reduce dust generation.
- Add all powder, gradually increasing the mixing speed and mix for approx. 1 - 3 minutes to achieve a uniform, lump-free plaster. Please note: mixing time must not exceed 5 minutes.
- If necessary, gradually add water and mix until desired consistency is achieved. Only add a maximum of 1 Litres.
- Using a plastering trowel, apply the High Impact Plaster Finish in a single coat of between 2 - 5mm thickness. Once finished, allow to cure for 24 hours before applying any decorative finishes.
USEFUL INFORMATION
- DO NOT: apply in temperatures below 5°C or on frozen surfaces.
- Please note: This product is not waterproof, but instead prevents soluble salt passage and mould growth due to its alkalinity. A Damp Proof Course (DPC) is recommended to mitigate further water entry.
